Die Maker 3rd ShiftThe Die Cut Maker/Gerber Operator is responsible for producing top quality boards, strippers, and waste separators while providing assistance to the lead die maker in all the daily duties of the die shop.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Prepare electronic die files for Gerber.Operate Gerber and Vacuum Press to produce die boards, strippers, and waste separators.Prepare die and strippers before sending to die maker.Inventory supplies and notify Team Leader when supplies are needed.Rule and rubber dies.Assemble strippers.Pull and inspect die strikes to send to design.Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.Overtime is required.Perform other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
