Responsibilities
- Execute rapid and accurate machine changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize production throughput.
- Operate advanced blanking and stripping machinery, ensuring consistent output quality.
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance and preventative upkeep to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues to maintain continuous production flow.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industrial safety standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Proven experience operating industrial blanking or die-cutting equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting and repair.
- Demonstrated ability to perform efficient machine setups and changeovers.
- Experience working within a high-volume packaging or manufacturing environment.
