Dialysis Registered Nurse

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting nurse talent to provide individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease.

Schedule

Full‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5:15 a.m.; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and supplies, ensuring quality standards
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist with medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
  • Other tasks as requested

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated clinical excellence
  • Desire to collaborate with care teams
  • Ability to problem‑solve

Education & Training

  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Dialysis experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply
  • DCI provides 3‑month comprehensive training (classroom and one‑on‑one skills training)
