Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting highly motivated, compassionate individuals to provide top‑notch patient care in our in‑center hemodialysis units. The role supports our mission: “the care of the patient is our reason for existence.”
A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care as part of a patient care team to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes for every patient.
Schedule : Potential full‑time shifts of four 10‑hour or three 12‑hour shifts starting at 5 am, Sundays off, no overnight shifts.
Compensation : $64,000‑$91,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Conduct ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members
- Perform additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Desire to collaborate with care teams
- Problem‑solving ability
Education/Training :
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
- 3‑month comprehensive training provided, including classroom and skills sessions
- New graduates encouraged to apply
