Our client is one of the largest providers of kidney care services in the United States, delivering high-quality care through outpatient dialysis clinics, acute hospital dialysis programs, and home dialysis services across multiple states. What You'll Do

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care throughout every dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing dialysis stations and reviewing patient assignments before treatments begin
• Performing comprehensive pre-treatment patient assessments
• Monitoring vital signs and reviewing medications
• Accessing fistulas, grafts, and central venous catheters for dialysis treatments
• Monitoring patients throughout their 3–4 hour dialysis treatments
• Managing fluid removal, blood pressure changes, and treatment-related complications
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Educating patients on medications, diet, fluid restrictions, and home care
• Reviewing laboratory results and maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating closely with nephrologists, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), dietitians, and social workers
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Patient Care Technicians

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license inNew Mexico or aCompact Multistate RN License
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Schedule

Dialysis clinics offer a more predictable schedule than most hospital settings.

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
• Sundays are typically off
• Clinic schedules vary by location, with many shifts beginning early in the morning
• Candidates should be flexible and available to work any assigned shift based on clinic needs

Pay Details

Pay Details: $30.90 to $51.56 per hour
