Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for dialysis patients.
Responsibilities include data collection before/during/after hemodialysis, education for patients and families, medication administration, and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure safe, effective dialysis delivery.
