Concerto Renal Services in Wellston, Missouri is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to support its growing team. The nurse will supervise dialysis care in line with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations, while taking hands-on responsibility for unit operations.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health and self-care, monitor responses, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care for each patient.
