RIH Rhode Island Hospital seeks an experienced nurse to coordinate ESRD patient care in outpatient dialysis, under supervision of the Clinical Manager. You will educate patients and families, assess needs, plan individualized care, implement and evaluate the plan, and mentor new staff while contributing to safety and quality initiatives.
Requires RI RN license (or compact), a nursing degree (BSN preferred), and dialysis experience.
