Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in our skilled nursing facility. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
You will work hands-on while supervising dialysis technicians, collaborating with physicians to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment for patients with renal disease.
