They lead, coach, and develop staff, manage clinical activities from admission to

discharge, and foster strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinical staff hiring, training, performance, and scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate medical records, ICD coding, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate patient care, develop care plans, and address patient concerns.
  • Oversee facility operations including budgeting, inventory, equipment, and safety.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory surveys.
  • Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to maintain high standards of care.
  • Support staff development through training and goal setting.
  • Manage vendor contracts, facility maintenance, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • RN license with clinical nursing experience, including dialysis preferred.
  • Leadership and management skills, including team building and performance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical database software preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle physical demands and work in a healthcare environment.
