Dialysis Care Coordinator & Charge Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee daily patient care operations and staff at our Fresno dialysis facility. The role ensures safe, high-quality care and adherence to all policies, with an emphasis on safety, staff guidance, and clinical decision-making.

The incumbent will supervise patient care activities, coordinate with the Facility Administrator, conduct staff meetings, and participate in ongoing training and safety programs. RN licensure and CPR are required.
