Salary: $20,000 with a sign‑on bonus for eligible applicants.
Job Duties
- Perform standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations using proper patient positioning, identification and exposure techniques.
- Operate all equipment within the modality and set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment.
- Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology before examinations.
- Assist physicians with various procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions and need for adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain related records and notations.
- Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as required.
- Assist in the educational training of students.
Position Details
Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program—Radiologic Technology (Required)
Certifications and Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certification – Default Issuing Body
- Certified Radiology Technologist – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
