Radiology Partners is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist with light Interventional Radiology skills to join HCA Florida Highlands Hospital in a unique dual-role opportunity. This position combines active clinical practice with Site Director responsibilities, providing on-site leadership and supporting operational, quality, and workflow initiatives. The role is part of a collaborative, multi-hospital system, offering career advancement within a physician-led practice.

Practice Info

  • Primary site: HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, a 126-bed acute care facility accredited by The Joint Commission.
  • Part of an integrated radiology practice supporting multiple facilities, including HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital.
  • Group operates under a unified model with shared worklists for seamless collaboration, balanced workloads, and efficient volume management.
  • Utilizes the Mosaic clinical platform for streamlined workflow and connectivity across the network.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active clinical practice.
  • Provide on-site leadership.
  • Support operations.
  • Support physician engagement.
  • Support quality initiatives.
  • Support workflow optimization.
  • Perform Diagnostic Radiology with Light IR procedures.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $500,000-$525,000.
  • Competitive base salary plus additional incentive structure.
  • $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) + retention bonus.
  • $25,000 annual stipend for Site Director responsibilities.
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Shift & Schedule

  • Day/1st Shift.
  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week).
  • Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • 12 weekends/year (remote weekends, no on-site commitment).

Requirements

  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program.
  • Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology required.
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
  • FL license or ability to obtain a Florida license.
