Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is an award‑winning health system based in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s metro‑north communities. We provide innovative primary, specialty, and emergency care to a diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full‑service hospitals. CHA is recruiting for a diagnostic radiologist to join our well‑established and thriving Department of Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Practice diagnostic radiology using CHA’s state‑of‑the‑art equipment including MRI, CT, ultrasound, 3D mammography, digital radiography, bone densitometry, nuclear medicine, and fluoroscopy.
• Provide imaging services at all three CHA hospital campuses: Cambridge Hospital, Somerville Hospital, and Everett Hospital.
• All sites are fully integrated with PACS and Epic EMR. CHA is partnered with Abridge, a leader in generative AI for clinical documentation, to reduce clinician administrative burden.
• On‑call assignments are structured as a late‑shift rotation. Night call coverage is provided by a teleradiology service beginning at 8 pm weeknights and 6 pm weekends and holidays.
• Hold a Harvard Medical School (HMS) appointment as Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS criteria and teaching commitments.

Qualifications

ABR certified or eligible. Candidates should bring a strong clinical background, commitment to patient care, and willingness to engage in teaching responsibilities as per the HMS appointment.

Benefits

Compensation commensurate with experience, with a total compensation salary range of $525,000–$575,000 comprised of a guaranteed base salary based on years of experience plus an annual incentive. The comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a 403(b) retirement account with matching contributions, generous paid time off, and CME allowance both in time and dollars.
