HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, in collaboration with Radiology Partners, is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist and Site Director for a unique dual-role opportunity. This position involves maintaining an active clinical practice while providing on-site leadership for operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, and workflow optimization within a multi-hospital system. The role offers a chance to contribute to an integrated radiology practice utilizing a unified model and the Mosaic clinical platform.

Compensation
- $50K Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) + retention bonus
- $25,000 annual stipend for Site Director responsibilities
- Competitive base salary plus additional incentive structure
- The salary range for this position is $500,000-$525,000
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Requirements
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- FL license or ability to obtain a Florida license
