Daytime Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity - Flexible Tele / Hybrid Schedules! Foundation Physicians Medical Group (FPMG), a multi-specialty medical group aligned with Dignity Health, is seeking to add a General Radiologist to live and work in the beautiful coastal location of Santa Cruz, CA .
Open to Hybrid and fully remote schedules.

Package Includes
- Annual salary: $500k-$600k DOE with signing bonus and moving allowance
- Excellent benefits package including full health insurance, CME stipend, malpractice insurance and retirement plan
- PSLF eligible
Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post‑graduate training program
- Fellowship training desirable

Pay Range
$500,000 - $600,000 /year
