Non-interventional Radiologist - Abdominal or Cardiothoracic Imaging (Austin, Texas)
Job responsibilities would involve all modalities and access to multiple 1.5T and 3T magnets, as well as dual source CT. Candidates with a fellowship in abdominal or cardiothoracic imaging will be preferred. The position requires a comfort level in general diagnostic radiology, but interventional, breast and neuro expertise are not required. Cardiac imaging expertise is also not required of abdominal imaging applicants. PET/CT expertise is optional but would be beneficial. Normal daily workflow is a mix of outpatient and inpatient volume, as well as a hybrid mix of onsite (hospital and outpatient imaging center) and remote coverage.
Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Board certified in your specialty or actively pursuing board certification per the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
