Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Radiologist to join their team in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. This role involves providing general radiology services, including mammography, CT, ultrasound, and MRI, within a brand new critical access hospital. The position offers an opportunity to expand into pain management and is supported by the Sanford Fargo group for call coverage and vacation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform history and physical examination
  • Consult, evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for patients of all ages

Compensation

  • Nationally competitive compensation plan
  • Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $516,435 - $668,328 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs

Shift & Schedule

  • The weekend call consists of Saturday and Sunday shifts, 8 am to 6 pm
  • Call is managed through Sanford Fargo (ND) group
  • The radiologist would be part of the call pool, which would be 1 weekend every 7 or 8

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Experience demonstrating active involvement of at least 200 Radiology examinations in the last 24 months
  • Successful completion of a hospital affiliated Radiology residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
  • Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
  • If not board certified at time of application but completed residency within last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from date of completion of residency training
