Compensation
- Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) + additional retention bonus
- Competitive base salary ($500,000-$525,000) plus incentive structure
- Annual discretionary bonus

Requirements
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology (ACGME-accredited program)
- Experience or comfort with pediatric imaging required
- BE or BC (ABR or AOBR)
- Florida license or ability to obtain
