Radiologic Technologist
Independently perform complex radiographic procedures.
Make exposure and process radiographs using Digital Imaging systems and Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) to process the images.
Review all radiographs for diagnostic quality prior to interpretation by the radiologist.
Maintain records for the department by entering data into the computer system.
Explain the examination and discuss instructions with the patient.
Prepare the patient, set up the imaging suite and equipment, and prepare contrast material for administration.
Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Perform portable radiographic imaging in the operating room with demonstrated knowledge of ICU and operating room experience.
