You will teach medication management and lifestyle changes to patients at all stages of their diabetes journey, including technology use with sensors and pumps. Collaboration with clinical teams is key.
Scheduling is 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 48 hours every two weeks in St. Cloud.
