Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Diabetes Education Program Coordinator to lead diabetes health education, wellness and prevention initiatives for the community. You will coordinate a grant-supported program, manage budget, and develop KPIs in collaboration with Health/Wellness Center staff.
The role requires RN licensure, a clinical background in nursing, and experience in health education and program management. Travel within the community and strong community partnerships are expected.
