Mercyhealth is seeking a Registered/Licensed Dietitian to oversee diabetes education, develop care plans, and educate patients on blood glucose monitoring and insulin therapy. The role requires Wisconsin or Illinois licensure, CDCES certification, and ongoing CEU maintenance.
The candidate will work with the diabetes management team to implement care plans, document outcomes in the EMR, and support program development and quality initiatives. Experience with ADA programs is preferred.
