Supporting program leadership in a flexible, remote-friendly environment, the full-time salaried DHS Senior Program Analyst will provide analytical, operational, and administrative support for a federal Background Investigations contract, focusing on data analysis, performance monitoring, and program coordination. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and daily operations of the Background Investigations Program Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, workforce, quality, production, and performance data Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics Required Qualifications Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance DHS experience is highly desired Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards Strong understanding of program management principles and practices
