Understanding of software development.Essential Experience· 7+ years of experience in the IT field, with a broad range of exposure to all aspects of business planning, system architecture and infrastructure architecture design.· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and optimizing application, infrastructure and network architecture. Architected software solutions for one or more of the leading cloud service providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS).· Strong software engineering background with experience in developing and delivering software solutions using agile and DevOps methodologies.
Appreciation of the full SDLC and/or DevOps/Hybrid model· Experience working on cloud-based services (including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) with a solid understanding of continuous integration, delivery and deployment challenges, Configuration management best practices for developing and deploying cloud applications.· Strong Linux (CentOS, RH) skills including scripting, troubleshooting, and tool upgrades· Experience of deploying to a public and private cloud· Experience of using automated environment build tooling· Experience of building infrastructure within the Cloud Env (AWS/ Google Cloud)· Experience in building framework modelsDesired Technical Skills:· Strong, hands-on production experience with AWS and core services, including IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, Lambda, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, Cloud Front, and Cloud Trail.· Experience in using Chef for infra configuration activities· Experience with Terraform· Experience with distributed services architecture· Production experience with log aggregation and analysis
