Seeking a hands-on DevOps Manager (Azure), this full-time remote position will lead a team of engineers, define and execute the Azure DevOps strategy, and design CI/CD pipelines while driving cloud modernization initiatives. Key responsibilities: Mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Define and execute the Azure DevOps vision and roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern tooling Required qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure and platform services Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation, preferably with Azure DevOps Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Solid understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, and governance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
