Leading a remote DevOps Engineering Team, the full-time position will manage infrastructure projects, enhance developer tooling, and set technical direction while collaborating with technical teams to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Actively identify, plan, and implement developer tooling and automation Set technical direction for infrastructure decisions and define overall DevOps strategy Participate in on-call rotations and assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting Required Qualifications 6+ years in developer CI/CD tooling, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering roles Proven ability to design and develop scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant systems Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Docker Expert-level knowledge with production observability systems like Datadog or NewRelic Prior experience mentoring engineers or informal people leadership
