To support an innovative technology organization, the contract-to-hire DevOps Engineer Team Lead will work remotely to build and enhance deployment systems, enabling efficient application deployment within a Kubernetes-based platform. Key responsibilities Develop and enhance deployment systems supporting cloud-native applications and platform services Design and implement Kubernetes deployment strategies utilizing ArgoCD and internal deployment tools Collaborate with software engineers and platform teams to improve developer experience and deployment reliability Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related field Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration, deployment, and orchestration Experience implementing and managing ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments Previous software engineering or development experience with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) Experience designing and supporting deployment platforms and CI/CD workflows
