Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

The Company
My client is a forward‑thinking and rapidly growing technology company applying sophisticated AI and machine‑learning to solve complex, real‑world challenges. They partner with government and commercial entities in highly regulated sectors, delivering a state‑of‑the‑art platform that provides critical insights and operational efficiency.
The Role
- Own the stability, performance, and scalability of the entire cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and administer a multi‑account AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Oversee and maintain multiple EKS clusters, handling deployments with ArgoCD and Helm.
- Lead efforts in logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability.
- Own and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines in close collaboration with developers.
- Support the development team with their infrastructure needs, acting as a true platform enabler.
- Assist in building and delivering on‑premises versions of the product for specific government clients.
The Essential Requirements
- Experience working within space tech, or highly regulated industries such as government, finance, or healthcare.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status (for ITAR controlled projects).
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Platform, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong knowledge of managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and packaging applications using Helm charts or ArgoCD .
- Proficiency with CI/CD, preferably GitLab.
- Scripting and automation skills using Python or Bash.
- Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus .
- Previous work in the space industry.
