To support the C4ISR Solutions Operation, the full-time DevOps Engineer will guide the definition, implementation, and delivery of software modernization programs, primarily working onsite in Omaha, NE with a hybrid schedule allowing for up to 25% remote work. Key responsibilities Assist senior engineers in maintaining best practices and recommending system improvements while overseeing automated deployment and monitoring of applications Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and contribute to software deployment strategies with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker/Podman, and Ansible Collaborate with Agile software development teams to ensure successful project completion and troubleshoot software deployment issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance Experience designing and deploying DevOps pipelines with GitLab CI and knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Understanding of basic networking protocols/functions and experience with Linux/UNIX command line Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively with software development teams and program leadership
