Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.ResponsibilitiesShall have at least eight (8) years' experience in DevOps development/engineering such as installing and configuring software; managing servers, networks, and technology tools; monitoring and maintaining systems for required levels of security, performance, and accreditation; and troubleshooting issues and outagesShall have at least eight (8) years' experience in DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ELKShall have at least eight (8) years' experience in scripting such as Terraform, AnsibleShall have familiarity with developing DevOps for Microsoft Windows or UNIX/Linux/Centos family of operating systemsShall understand technical writing and have familiarity with technical documents in support of a software development projectEfforts will focus on DevOps engineering of a modernization effort to converge NSA's authoring, dissemination, and other supporting toolsDeploying applications; installing and configuring complex software; managing network servers and technology tools; monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance; and troubleshooting issues and outagesCandidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 4-6 weeks)Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours workedWork location is a combination of 135 National Business Parkway, Annapolis Junction, MD and up to 1 day per week of telework as project tasking allowsQualificationsQualifications / Required technical skills include experience with:LinuxAWS, MASH, and VMsDocker SwarmDeployments of distributed web applications (e.g.
