Hiring: DevOps Engineer | Charlotte, NC | Onsite We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Kubernetes to automate deployments and support a production conversational AI platform integrating Google CCAI and Kore.ai.
6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering * 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines * Strong GCP experience with GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, and IAM * Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Groovy * Experience with Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX/Conversational Agents, or similar conversational AI platforms * ai integration, APIs, webhooks, and IVR/telephony workflows is a plus * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Datadog, or Grafana * Knowledge of blue/green and canary deployments, production support, and CI/CD troubleshooting * Understanding of cloud security, IAM, least-privilege access, and PII compliance
