Hiring: DevOps Engineer | Charlotte, NC | Onsite
We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Kubernetes to automate deployments and support a production conversational AI platform integrating Google CCAI and Kore.ai.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates Only
Key Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong GCP experience with GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, and IAM
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and GitHub/GitLab
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Groovy
• Experience with Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX/Conversational Agents, or similar conversational AI platforms
• Knowledge of Kore.ai integration, APIs, webhooks, and IVR/telephony workflows is a plus
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Datadog, or Grafana
• Knowledge of blue/green and canary deployments, production support, and CI/CD troubleshooting
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, least-privilege access, and PII compliance
