The infrastructure includes both on-premise virtual compute resources, as well as public cloud provider infrastructure such as AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn new cloud technologies and is driven toward continuously improving and expanding skills.The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about and possess experience with DevOps automated pipelines necessary for deployment of infrastructure and applications. Experience with bash and/or Python with a software development background is a strong plus.The TeamOur team works all aspects of building and maintaining infrastructure and plays a large part in this migration to public CSPs. Not only do we manage the infrastructure, but we are also responsible for building automated pipelines, which allow for repeatable deployment processes for both infrastructure and applications. This role will augment our existing team by expanding our capacity to build and manage Fidelity’s infrastructure within Capital Markets. As Capital Markets continues to grow our infrastructure, this team will continuously innovate to migrate many on-premise applications to public cloud providers such as AWS.
