Key Responsibilities
- Assist with automating deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management processes
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software releases
- Help manage and improve on-premises infrastructure, including virtual machines, Docker, and Hyper-V environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Support configuration management initiatives using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
- Assist with containerized applications and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with software developers and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices
- Help maintain security standards, compliance requirements, and system reliability
- Document infrastructure, configurations, processes, and system changes
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Experience or familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of networking, security, and system administration fundamentals
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Git version control
- Exposure to monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of Agile development and DevOps methodologies
- Full-time onsite position in Orlando, Florida
- Collaborative office environment with occasional travel as needed
