CI/CD Architect

Our enterprise client is a cutting-edge telecommunications company specializing in delivering advanced fiber-optic services to residential and commercial customers. With a strong commitment to innovation, customer experience, and digital transformation, our client continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in telecom.
Seeking a CI/CD Architect to lead the design and implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines across the enterprise. This person will serve as the principal architect responsible for building scalable, secure, and efficient automation workflows, enabling development, QA, and operations teams to deliver software with greater speed and reliability.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in CI/CD architecture, a strong background in workflow development and system integration, and a solid understanding of telecommunications systems and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines tailored to multiple platforms, including mobile applications and embedded systems.
- Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and operations teams to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop reusable workflows and automation scripts for code validation, testing, release, and monitoring.
- Integrate disparate systems and tools to ensure a unified DevOps ecosystem (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
- Support the Mobile Product QA Team by ensuring automated testing, feedback loops, and deployment processes are tightly integrated into the development lifecycle.
- Serve as the technical liaison for DevOps best practices within a telecom environment, ensuring compliance with industry-specific protocols and standards.
- Establish CI/CD architecture standards, documentation, and governance policies.
- Drive adoption of DevOps culture, tooling, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CI/CD Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar role at the architecture level.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong experience with workflow development and systems integration (APIs, orchestration tools, etc.).
- Experience supporting mobile application QA and release cycles.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and associated technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a telecom or ISP environment.
- Knowledge of performance testing, monitoring, and analytics tools.
