Leading the DevOps and Infrastructure teams, the full-time remote Head of Infrastructure and DevOps will manage the technical infrastructure to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments while enforcing best practices in SRE and DevOps. Key responsibilities Oversee the implementation of CI/CD processes to eliminate release-related production issues and maintain high availability of staging servers Ensure product availability through resilient systems and effective disaster recovery plans, targeting 99.99% uptime Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team across various regions, focusing on career development and technical guidance Required qualifications 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE, particularly with high-RPS distributed products Strong hands-on experience in building complex CI/CD pipelines and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience in developing and maintaining large scalable applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to utilize a data-driven approach for decision-making and relationship-building with neighboring teams
