Location: Remote(must work PT hours, and live in CT, MT or PT) Hours : 40 per week We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, strong technical development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions.
Design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Build and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation processes. Develop responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript). Create and optimize SQL queries for audience creation, data management, reporting, and campaign execution. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise platforms using APIs and data connectors. Configure and manage Marketing Cloud modules including: Advertising Studio Intelligence Reports and Analytics Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for campaign and data issues. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies. QA every send across devices and clients and own rendering, deliverability, hygiene, and send-time troubleshooting. 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and development.
Strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules and capabilities.

Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation best practices.
Experience with version control, deployment processes, and environment management.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer certifications.
Quality Assurance (QA) and testing experience is a strong advantage. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud integrations. Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
