Join us at the May Center for Adult Services Day Habilitation in Randolph, MA, or Raynham, MA, as a Developmental Specialist (Classroom Lead) and make a meaningful impact every day!
What You'll Do
- Lead daily activities to promote independence and skill development.
- Implement behavioral support plans and track progress.
- Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene and dining.
- Provide safe transportation for community outings.
- Maintain safety and compliance with program policies and state regulations.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Behavioral experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with two years of experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
