micro1 is seeking Developmental Psychology experts to support an AI training project. Your expertise will help evaluate and improve AI systems using high-quality, real-world knowledge related to child development and developmental psychology . No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and annotate child-development datasets for AI training.
• Evaluate AI outputs for developmental accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Create scenarios and test cases involving children's learning and behavior.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI systems.
• Develop guidelines covering cognitive, linguistic, and psychosocial aspects of child development.
• Document research findings and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
• Research or academic experience in child development.
• Experience with digital, technology, or AI-related projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian.
