A leading healthcare organization in Champaign, Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to join an established pediatric team dedicated to providing comprehensive care for children and families through collaborative, multidisciplinary services.
Position Highlights:
- Join an established Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics program within a growing pediatric department
- Collaborate with 20+ pediatric physicians and a wide range of subspecialists across nearly every area of pediatric medicine
- Work alongside child psychologists, child psychiatrists, pediatric hospitalists, and pediatric ICU specialists as part of a highly supportive team
- Provide comprehensive developmental care through multidisciplinary clinics, including child diagnostic services and neonatal neurodevelopmental follow-up
- Benefit from robust clinical resources, including an established sleep program and extensive pediatric subspecialty support
- Enjoy additional call support through a 24-hour nurse advisory system designed to improve patient access and physician workflow

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $260K–$265K
