To support a growing Development Department, the full-time remote Development Manager will manage the institutional grants portfolio, build a mid-size individual donor program, and assist in major donor cultivation while collaborating with program teams to ensure effective fundraising practices. Key Responsibilities Own grant writing, including research, proposal development, and reporting requirements Design and manage a new mid-size individual donor program, including strategy and cultivation techniques Support major donor cultivation and stewardship alongside the Senior Director, participating in all stages of the donor pipeline Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit development, specifically in grant writing and institutional funder relationships Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proficiency with a CRM/fundraising database, preferably EveryAction/NGP VAN Demonstrated experience in managing an institutional grants pipeline from research through submission Interest in and/or experience with individual donor cultivation, particularly mid-size or major donors
