Key Responsibilities Own the site development process from acquisition to construction readiness, managing schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans Lead entitlement and permitting processes, coordinating with local jurisdictions and securing necessary approvals Oversee off-site infrastructure planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with design and construction requirements Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in land/site development, entitlements, or civil infrastructure delivery for large capital projects Proven experience managing entitlement and permitting campaigns through public approval processes Experience in developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments Demonstrated ability to manage external consultants in civil engineering and related fields Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, real estate development, planning, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
