Leading software development teams in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Development Manager will oversee project execution, ensure high-quality software delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals. Key responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to plan and support software development and application enhancements for the Payer EDI Product family Lead and coordinate VistA integration activities, including interface planning, testing, and production support Manage SAFe/Agile processes and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 8+ years of software development experience 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing development teams Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, AWS, DevSecOps) Experience overseeing complex application integrations, including interface design and release coordination Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
