Leading and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, the full-time salaried Development Director will drive philanthropic revenue growth and long-term financial sustainability while working in a hybrid on-site/remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement an integrated fundraising strategy, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grants Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with donors, funders, and community stakeholders to enhance philanthropic investment Manage a robust donor pipeline and strengthen fundraising systems to achieve annual revenue goals Required qualifications Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations, preferably in a nonprofit environment Strong understanding of philanthropic landscape and fundraising strategies Experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders Ability to develop data-informed strategies to drive fundraising success Leadership experience, particularly in a senior management role
