- Participate in cultivating and stewarding donor relationships, ensuring they feel appreciated and informed about the impact of their contributions.
- Create an annual development plan to secure new donors, and retain and upgrade existing supporters, to increase annual fundraising goals by 10% that support the organization’s overall operating budget.
- Ensure that donor and prospective donor information is captured in HNM’s donor database and that tracking capabilities are maximized for campaigns, appeals, and events.
Additional Responsibilities
- Represent HNM at community events, meetings, and workshops.
- Assess and recommend improvements for donor engagement strategies.
- As part of the greater HNM team, assist with non-revenue special events such as our Holiday Shop.
