Development Director — Build a Donor Pipeline (Hybrid)

Palo Alto Humane is seeking a Development Director to own the fundraising function, from strategy to execution, reporting directly to the CEO. You will craft major gifts programs, manage donor relationships, and collaborate with a small team to create a sustainable development function that aligns with our mission and growth trajectory.

You’ll sit at the forefront of fundraising, building a donor pipeline, leveraging partners, and engaging a board passionate about animals.
