Providing full-time administrative and research support, the Development Coordinator will manage prospect research, assist with donor identification, and handle various administrative tasks while working remotely or from Boston, MA. Key responsibilities Conduct detailed prospect research and due diligence to identify potential donors and funding sources Maintain donor database accuracy and manage information hygiene, including organization affiliations and relevant news updates Provide general administrative support for the Prospect Management and Research team, including calendar coordination and invoice processing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in prospect research or fundraising operations Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Exemplary interpersonal skills with demonstrated cultural competency Proficiency in database management and solid computer skills in a PC environment Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
