Development Coordinator – Individual GivingMagnify of Central Florida is seeking a mission-driven Development Coordinator – Individual Giving to support donor engagement, stewardship, fundraising campaigns, and development operations. This role plays an important part in strengthening relationships with donors while supporting fundraising strategy through donor communications, campaign coordination, grant support, and data management.The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.This position supports the Development team by ensuring timely donor acknowledgment, accurate CRM management, stewardship coordination, and integration of program impact data into fundraising communications and appeals.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required1–3 years of nonprofit, fundraising, communications, administrative, or related experience preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesExperience with CRM/database systems and Microsoft Office or similar productivity softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExperience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plusRequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDonor Stewardship & Fundraising SupportProcess and acknowledge donor gifts accurately and promptlyMaintain and update donor records within the CRM databaseCoordinate donor stewardship activities and individual giving campaignsSupport direct mail campaigns, monthly giving initiatives, and mid-level donor engagementGenerate donor reports, prospect lists, and cultivation briefingsEvents & Relationship ManagementAssist with donor cultivation and stewardship events, including the Harvest BallSupport moves management activities to strengthen donor relationships and fundraising outcomesGrant & Case SupportAssist with grant proposal preparation by drafting boilerplate language and assembling required documentationCollaborate with program teams to gather outcomes, impact metrics, and success storiesHelp develop compelling cases for support and donor communicationsAdministrative & Team CollaborationPartner with Development & Marketing staff to integrate program data into fundraising campaigns and communicationsSupport continuous improvement of stewardship and fundraising practicesPerform other duties as assignedRequires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings.
