Development CoordinatorThe Development Coordinator supports the execution of real estate development projects from early-stage feasibility through construction and completion. Working closely with Development Managers and cross-functional teams, this role assists in coordinating consultants, managing project documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, and facilitating entitlement and permitting processes as well as on site tasks as needed. The Development Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project momentum by ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders, external consultants, and regulatory authorities.
